enliven psychology

enliven (v.) — to revitalise, awaken, uplift, restore

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, work, life or relationship difficulties, a diagnosis, or simply feeling stuck — therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply and move forward with greater clarity.

A calm, considered approach to psychological care.

I'm Mina Freeman, a registered psychologist with experience across private practice, research, and assessment settings. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents navigating a wide range of challenges, including those who identify as neurodivergent or are navigating a recent diagnosis.

My approach is collaborative and evidence-based. Together, we work to understand the patterns and behaviours that may be holding you back, and identify clear, meaningful goals for therapy. I tailor my approach to each person I work with, drawing on a range of established therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Schema Therapy.

I believe good therapy begins with feeling safe and understood. My aim is to provide a space where you can explore what's difficult — with honesty, without judgement, and at a pace that works for you.
